Policy

Spring Web Designer treats ADA Title III digital accessibility as a baseline deliverable, not an upsell — on this site and on every site we ship, using WCAG 2.2 AA as the operative standard.

In practice

  • This website is tested against WCAG 2.2 AA (automated and keyboard checks) at mobile and desktop widths, in both themes, before updates ship.
  • Client builds include the same verification, an accessibility statement page, and on-page accessibility options.
  • Care Plan sites are re-verified quarterly — standards and content both drift, and annual audits catch problems a year late.

Why we lead with this

ADA website demand letters against small businesses are common in Texas and nearly always target sites with no accessibility effort at all. The wedge isn't fear — it's that doing this right from day one costs almost nothing and doing it later costs plenty.
