What this site stores

Your theme choice, accessibility settings, and nothing else — kept in your own browser, never sent to us. No analytics, no pixels, no trackers, no cookie banner theater. We sell websites that respect visitors; it would be strange to run one that doesn't.

What the studio keeps

Project files, your copy interview recording (deleted on request after launch), invoices, and the WhatsApp or email thread you started. Client information is never shared, sold, or used as marketing material without written permission.

Client portal (paying clients only)

When you order, the studio's client portal at /portal/ records your name, email, business details, the answers you give in the intake form, and the files you upload (logos, photos, documents). Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers. Uploads are scanned by type, stored privately outside public view, and used only to build your site. Login uses single-use emailed links and a session cookie required for the portal to work. Files are deleted 12 months after launch, or sooner on request.

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA / CPRA)

Ask what we hold about you or have it deleted at privacy@springwebdesigner.com — answered within 30 days. Browser-stored settings clear whenever you clear your browser data.

AI transparency

We use AI tooling heavily and openly in our build pipeline — it's part of why flat prices work. Design judgment, copy interviews, and final review are human. AI assistants may quote the business facts published in our llms.txt.
