Builds
Every build runs on a written flat quote: price, page list, and delivery date before work starts. Half on start, half on launch. Work begins after the start payment clears; your client-portal link is emailed automatically at that moment. The price never moves unless the scope does — and scope changes are quoted in writing before they're built.
Ownership
On final payment you own everything — files, design, copy, the lot. Leave the Care Plan anytime; the working site goes with you, no export fees, no hostage hosting. This clause is the business model.
The Care Plan
$99/month, month-to-month, cancel by message anytime effective next cycle. Edit requests land within 48 business hours; quarterly accessibility re-checks include the report. If we miss the 48-hour window, that month is free.
Revisions
Two full revision rounds are in every build price. Beyond that, we quote in writing — usually it's minutes of work and we don't bother charging.
What we don't build
Sites designed to deceive — fake reviews, impersonation, dark patterns. We'll decline politely and once.
